This is a stationary, white-glove RV experience designed for guests seeking a refined, hotel-style glamping stay. Simply arrive and unwind — everything is handled for you. The 20 ft RV is professionally delivered, leveled, staged, and connected to campground hookups when available (strongly recommended for full amenity access). Guests never tow, drive, or relocate the RV at any time. ** Please note when you book the campground to inform them that the stay is for a 2017, 20 foot Class C RV to be delivered by a third-party RV host approximately 1 hour prior to check-in and picked up within 1 hour after guest checkout. ** Campground Suggestions CAMPGROUND MUST BE LOCATED IN ONE OF THESE AREAS: Redwood City / South SF Bay For peak summer seasons we suggest booking your campground as far in advance as possible. Inside, you’ll find a well-appointed interior with a full-size over-the-cab sleeping area, an additional twin bed that converts from the dinette, a functional kitchenette with propane stovetop, dining area, full bathroom with shower, climate control, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, dedicated charging hub, power strips, and carefully selected essentials — everything you need for a comfortable and effortless stay in local campgrounds. Perfect for couples, small families, or solo travelers who want the charm of camping with the comfort of a private hotel suite — ideal for guests who prefer a curated, hassle-free experience without towing, setup, or technical know-how.

Other Details to Note

The RV includes solar power and a dual-battery house bank, which supports most onboard needs without hookups. Air conditioning and other high-power appliances require campground electrical hookups. Guests who want AC and microwave use must reserve a campsite with electric service. Only approved dogs allowed. Maximum allowable is two small dogs. Pets must be kept off of the upholstery and bedding. Guests are responsible for confirming campground delivery permissions and site compatibility prior to booking. If delivery is denied by the campground, the Airbnb cancellation policy applies. Guests must reserve their own campground site separately. Please confirm RV availability with us before booking your campsite to ensure dates align. Full hookups (water, electric, and sewer) are strongly recommended for the best experience and full use of all amenities. The toilet, shower, and kitchen faucet will operate without a water hookup for up to 40 gallons. Once this supply is used, a water hookup is required to continue use. Propane powers the stove, heater, refrigerator and water heater. The stove uses manual ignition—please use the provided lighter, as it is not auto-ignition. The RV remains stationary for the duration of your stay. Guests may not drive, tow, or relocate the RV. A link to a video walkthrough and orientation will be provided. Setup and pickup are fully handled by the host. Campground fees are not included in the Airbnb price and must be paid directly to the campground. No festival use.

For everyone’s safety, the RV remains stationary at all times and may not be driven, towed, or relocated by guests. Please be respectful of campground rules, including quiet hours, parking guidelines, pet policies, and fire restrictions. Overnight occupancy is limited to the number of guests listed on the reservation. This helps us keep the experience comfortable for everyone. This is intended to be a peaceful glamping retreat. Parties, events, or disruptive gatherings aren’t a good fit for this stay. To keep the space fresh and enjoyable for all guests, smoking or vaping inside the RV is not permitted. We kindly ask that the RV be left in reasonable condition. Excessive mess, large amounts of trash, or strong odors (including smoke or rancid smells) beyond normal cleaning may result in additional cleaning fees. Please treat the RV with care, just as you would a hotel suite. If anything breaks or isn’t working properly, let us know right away so we can take care of it. For everyone’s safety, illegal activity of any kind—including illegal drug use or fireworks—is not allowed and will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
